What are the benefits of having an online trainer?

Accessibility. Your support isn’t just given during a once-a-week training session, it’s given where you need it, when you need it. We all have dips in motivation, challenges with food choices, and many other hurdles to jump. Enjoy peace of mind knowing you can reach me or refer to our plans when it’s convenient for YOU. Second is scheduling flexibility. My clients love having someone understand their busy schedule and craft an entire fitness program around it. I make it simple by providing all the tools needed to stay on track towards your goals. Let’s face it- life will get in the way occasionally; luckily you don’t ever have to worry about missing an-person training appointment and losing money. As a friend and a problem-solver I’ll make it work for you.

When will I see results?

It depends. No two bodies are the same; that’s why we call ourselves “individuals.” With so many unknown contextual variables, it’s impossible to give you a straight answer. As a general idea, most of my clients (who’s personal goals vary dramatically, mind you) start to feel improvement just one week into programming. In my experience, visually seeing results can take as little as two weeks. Just remember: the harder you work, the quicker you will progress!

How do I sign-up, where do we go from there?

Signing up is simple, just fill out the information here and hit send. I’ll respond back to answer any questions you may have before commiting. Once we’ve established commitment, I’ll email you a link to download my app, followed by a health questionnaire, goals sheet + standard liability waiver to complete. Once I understand your goals, I’ll start programming the workouts and nutrition routine for you to follow. Generally, I have you set to go the day of commitment.

How long do people work with you?

I love this question; and to any of my clients reading this it should come as no surprise. Many of my clients are now great friends, and I’ve been working with most of them for quite a few years (2-6) as we continue to navigate new goals + aspirations. There are, however, athletes that seek out more focused pre-season training that lasts for a few months at a time. The affordability of the online training allows a more developed, meaningful client-coach relationship.

How often are we in contact?

We will be in ongoing contact. When we first begin, I’ll frequently be within arms reach as I help answer questions you may have while developing new habits. Although you may not need as much assistance in future training cycles, I’ll still be answering questions and checking in multiple times per week to ensure accountability and progress. Our contact will include ongoing messaging and a weekly 10-minute phone call. I allow you easy access to me at all times, with the exception of Saturdays.

I’m just not sure if this is for me.
