Why barbell strength training?
Simply put: it works. Fundamental strength training techniques are the single most effective way to build lean muscle. Our strategy puts you on the most efficient path towards feeling better, looking great, and living longer. Proper implementation of barbell squats, bench press + deadlift will help prevent injury, increase energy + enhance posture. You should expect to feel the difference in your body after just a few weeks.

Pulse Barbell Club was created to build a community of like-minded people.
People who have the desire to build strength.
Physically.
Mentally.

  • Q: What if I have zero previous training experience?

A: We were all beginners once! Our coaches work with all experience levels. As strength advocates we especially encourage beginners to join us :).

Q: I have a few nagging injuries. Is strength training really a good idea?

A: In most cases, yes. In fact, it may be beneficial for your recovery + progression. Strength training builds supportive muscle tissue which can alleviate the back/knee/shoulder pain you may be dealing with. Our coaches also have extensive experience with rehabilitation + injury prevention.
